20th Century Scandinavia are retailers of original imported mid century Danish, Swedish and Norwegian furniture. Our collection showcases the various styles and superior quality of this period of furniture history, which remains to this day a timeless and sought-after aesthetic. The allure of mid century Scandinavian design is due to its classic lines, unique sense of balance, and its functionality. It is a style that can be successfully incorporated into contemporary and traditional interiors.

We have over four decades of combined family experience and appreciation in the selling of pre-owned furnishings. We endeavour to seek out quality mid century pieces that we can pass onto you with confidence. We see to it that the pieces in our showroom are in excellent used condition, with our restorers taking a sympathetic approach in order to maintain as much originality as possible. We have new shipments arriving directly from Denmark every 8-10 weeks, with newly restored items appearing in the shop weekly. In addition to our main store we have another showroom which is open to the public on Saturdays & Sundays. The warehouse showroom is open 11am-4pm or by appointment and is situated only 200 metres from our main store on Lygon street.
